The Production Structure

Confetteria del Cuore is the premium Brand of the Confetti division of Amarischia that shares with its subsidiary Indaco S.p.A. a structure of 20,000 square meters, of which 13,000 are covered. The plant, located in the Z.I. of Pascarola, in the province of Naples, is modern, recently renovated. Here the production is structured on several lines, at the forefront for efficiency and containment of the environmental impact, guaranteeing the very high standards required by the production to la Confetteria del Cuore brand. Plant, machinery and equipment often designed are new and efficient. However, rigor in respect of artisan traditions for “classic” products is never supplanted by industrial production logics. The ability to innovate in tradition is the strength of Amarischia.

The production is exported to more than thirty countries, mainly in the European Community, North America, North Africa and the Middle East, where it is established as an example of the quality of Made in Italy in the confectionery field.

Research & Development

Research and product development are promoted by a transversal team composed of resources within the group (AMARISCHIA S.p.A. and INDACO S.p.A.) and external, thanks to the collaboration of consultants, bodies and associations. The strategic goal is to build and consolidate over time a community of professionals and technicians able to ensure the companies of the group the skills necessary to respect the following development vectors:

safety for production personnel, for the territory hosting the group’s activities, for consumers;
TTM (time to market) significantly below industry benchmarks;
• development of land resources;
